2 TSP SUGAR (SWEET PIES)
1/2 C SOUR CREAM

MIX SALT AND SUGAR WITH FLOUR IN LARGE BOWL.

RUB BUTTER INTO FLOUR UNTIL IT IS MOSTLY CONSISTENCY OF COARSE CORN MEAL WITH SOME LUMPS.

MIX IN SOUR CREAM.

ROLL OUT AND USE FOR PIES.

FOR BLIND BAKING, BAKE AT 350° FOR 10 MINUTES.

NOTES:

THE DOUGH IS SOFT; ROLL IT OUT WITH PLENTY OF FLOUR. YOU CAN DO THE TRIPLE FOLD PROCEDURE, ALTHOUGH THIS CRUST COMES OUT PRETTY NICELY WITHOUT THAT.
