BEAT IN FLOUR A LITTLE AT A TIME UNTIL SMOOTH. STRAIN OUT LUMPS IF NECESSARY.

PUT OBLONG PYREX BAKING DISH INTO 425° OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES. ADD BUTTER TO DISH. WHEN BUTTER IS MELTED ADD BATTER.

BAKE 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL VERY HIGH WITH GOLDEN BROWN EDGES. NO PEEKING!

SQUEEZE LEMON OVER TOP AND SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
