1 QUART CHICKEN STOCK
1 CELERY STALK, FINELY CHOPPED
1 LARGE CARROT, FINELY CHOPPED
1 SMALL ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
1 OR 2 TSP SALT
LOTS OF BLACK PEPPER

4 OZ SMALL PASTA

1 C DICED COOKED CHICKEN

ADD VEGETABLES, SALT, AND PEPPER TO STOCK AND BRING TO BOIL.

ADD PASTA AND BOIL UNTIL COOKED.

ADD CHICKEN AND SIMMER A COUPLE MINUTES TO WARM THROUGH.

ADJUST SEASONINGS.
